Working Hours:
LUNCH 9:00am - 14:30 (Breaks in between)
DINNER 17:00 - 21:30 (Breaks in between)
Mon-Sat (Including PH) Sunday OFF
Staff meal provision: 1 per day
We are a well-established Omakase restaurant in the heart of CBD (Raffles Place)
Founded in 2017.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude and skillset to join our highly experienced team of Chefs.
If you have a positive and can-do attitude, passion in cooking, has worked in similar Omakase, Japanese fine dining or Kaiseki style restaurants, you might be the one we are looking for.
**Requirements**:
a) Preparation of all cooked, fresh, frozen food items
b) Ensuring Quality and Safety of all food served in the kitchen
c) Leading and guiding new employees
d) Washing & cleaning of all items for both front showmanship kitchen & back kitchen eg knifes, flooring, chopping board, spoons, chopsticks and all other utensils the dishwasher is unable to clean due to professional reasons.
e) Ensuring freshness and quality of food served to customers.
f) Descaling, filleting and all preparation related to food served on menu.
g) Overseeing front of the house and kitchen duties.
h) Maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of your station at all times.
i) Maintaining the cleanliness & hygiene of the restaurant premises at all times
j) Cooking and preparation of all foods served on and off menu.
k) Daily check on all food stocks from different stations, and making sure orders are sent before supplier cut-off time.
j) Perform other ad hoc duties when delegated.
