The Role Responsibilities

Purpose

Provide business planning, coordination and operational/project management support to the Chief Compliance Officer, Asia and Functions & Global Head, CFCC, CPBB & AME

General Management

Be a key contact for the direct reports of the Chief Compliance Officer, Asia and Functions & Global Head, CFCC, CPBB & AME

Optimise time management for the Global Heads including:
Managing agendas for overseas visits.

Having oversight of annual calendar planner ensuring optimal alignment with functional and Group objectives.

Undertake specific business projects for the Global Heads.

Support execution of the functional strategy and agenda.

Implementing effective communication plans to assist in proactive cascade of the vision, strategy, direction and leadership to the network and businesses.

Strategy

Together with the Global Heads, and other stakeholders, identify and agree priorities (aligned to the CFCC priorities) and the associated team objectives and work to be completed.

Monitor and track progress of key strategic initiatives and any scorecard initiatives/metrics associated with the function.

Business

In collaboration with Finance, manage financial performance of the two teams to ensure that objectives are met/exceeded within agreed financial parameters and ensure timely and complete budget and forecasting submissions

Work with the Global Heads, to ensure an appropriate meeting framework for the team, including coordination of meeting papers, agendas and face to face team meetings

Collaborate with Senior Managers, to develop and implement effective communication plans to support cascade of information to the network and business.

Produce high quality presentations for use at management meetings and governance committees where applicable.

Processes

Take the lead in driving continuous improvement, e.g. identifying and executing ad-hoc improvements to processes.

Help to ensure a Management Information process is in place to allow the Global Heads, to receive appropriate and timely information, in order to more efficiently allocate her time to matters of importance. The Management Information should include key metrics on finances, key risks and significant change programmes and people measures and should track per
