**Roles & Responsibilities**

2. Contribute to the development of functional strategy.
3. Oversee the day-to-day management of all functional areas of system analysis, including functional design and testing activities. Liaise with stakeholders to understand needs and gather system requirements with the purpose of improving business efficiency and productivity.
4. Oversee the translation of requirements gathered into system requirement specifications.

**skills**:
1. Knowledge in functional, workflow, Integration and basic UI design. 2. Able to analyse business requirements and transform requirements to system designs & validate system solutions with technical teams and to create design artefacts/ deliverables.

3. Experience in test management and testing strategy

Good to have skills (Optional)

1. Experience in business processes related design work or has worked on BPM product(s)

2. Basic understanding of IT system architecture, system interfaces so to ensure overall design decisions is as per high level system architecture

3. Effective in collaborating with technical team to explain functional requirements in both business and technical manners
