Job Description

As part the BTS - Digital Transformation team, Functional Analyst will play a vital role in analysing the requirements to ensure the completeness, mapping out the Digital Process Flows and ensuring the quality of deliverables for the Digital Transformation Projects for the Singapore Business - eCommerce Logistics space. The role will be responsible for analysing the Business requirements, identifying requirement gaps, preparation of change requests CRs/FSDs, preparation of process flows and supporting the UAT phase. To have data analysis responsibilities that require skills in excel, heatmap etc. Thus overall, the role will be responsible to ensure the completeness and quality of deliverables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
- Requirement gathering (including documentations) and functional analysis of projects, change request, enhancements and bug fixes related to Logistics & PUDO channels.
- Own and develop relationship with internal/external partners, working with them to optimize and enhance the systems integration capabilities and digital solutions adoption.
- Ability to conduct meetings, workshops and presentations, demonstrating high qualities of communications skills.
- Design, document and maintain digital and system processes. Define reporting and alerting requirements.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations for resolution. Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better values to the customer experience.
- Perform Quality Assurance by supporting the UAT phase. Suggest and support UAT best practices and methodology.
- Plan, organize, estimate and execute UAT activities (including UAT Defect Reporting & Tracking and communicating key insights and findings to stakeholders.
- Active participation in Post Implementation phase like Live verification, User Guide/Training engagements, production problem tracking and prioritization.

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience
of 1 - 3 years in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance (UAT) is preferred.
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.Experience in automation testing/frame work will be a plus.
