The chef will be responsible for curating the daily economy rice menu, ensuring consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage food stocks, handle ordering and inventory, and take charge of food costing to ensure profitability.

You will report directly to the Site Manager and play a key role in maintaining smooth kitchen operations while upholding high standards in food safety and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Curate and prepare a variety of dishes for economy rice offerings.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene at all times.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking schedules.
- Oversee inventory, food stock levels, and place orders when necessary.
- Perform food costing and work within budget to maintain cost-efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
- Work closely with the Site Manager to plan, report, and improve kitchen operations.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
