NTU Career & Attachment Office (CAO) is an umbrella under the Student & Academic Services Department (SASD). We provide various career services to NTU students, during their academic years, getting them ready to step into the working world.

Professional services like Career Coaching, Career Consultation, Internship as well as industry exposure events like Industry & Career Experiential Learning, Mentorship and Recruitment Talks, Thematic Events and Mass Recruitment Fairs are some of the services that we provide.

With a strong focus on helping students to gain industry insights and landing their first job or internship, CAO works closely with industry partners and professionals in organising various recruitment events for the students. Thus, strong administrative and logistic support to the managers is required to ensure all events are conducted seamlessly and provide a good experience for both the students and employers.

Reporting to the Industry Relation Support (IRS) unit under Career & Attachment Office (CAO), the incumbent is responsible for co-leading the logistics and smooth operation of the career portal, recruitment talks and thematic events organised by the unit. These recruitment events and activities serve to better prepare students with the skills for career planning, increase the employability of NTU graduates, and smooth transition from university to workplace.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting the manager in the operation of the career portal (i.e. approval of the company, jobs, responding to enquiries from employers and students)
- Assisting the manager in facilitating employers’ recruitment through various activities such as recruitment talks, thematic events, campus interviews, roadshows, etc.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors for services and resources needed
- Data reporting and analysis - Monthly and Yearly
- Billing and Finance matters, such as invoicing, follow-up of outstanding invoices, maintaining Profit & Loss report
- And other administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years of related experience in marketing/event management, administrative duties, and data analytics
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop or Canva is a plus
- Self-motivated, driven and focused to achieve quality outputs
- Possess initiatives and resourcefulness to overcome challenges
- Organised, meticulous and good time management
- Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A service-oriented mindset
- Active listener with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
