**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales initiatives and strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the local team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align company goals with sales efforts.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to optimize sales processes and improve team efficiency (CRM, ERP).
- Contribute to and uphold our company’s values and culture, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Monthly management meetings with the group CEO.
- Drive new sales.
- Tender management.
**Qualifications**:
- Background in business development / general management in the creative sector.
- 10+ years of experience in a team-driven sales environment, with demonstrable success in B2B sales leadership roles.
- Strong digital skills and familiarity with sales technology and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
- A broad network of digital partners is a plus.
