We’re on the lookout for a **Lead Generation Specialist** to take the lead on our Facebook Ads strategy—attracting high-quality leads and fueling growth across our digital channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage Facebook Ad Campaigns - Design and execute targeted ads to attract and convert qualified leads
- Craft Engaging Ad copy - Write compelling, audience-specific copy that drives clicks and conversions
- Research & Analyse - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential lead opportunities
- Optimize Performance - Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
- Collaborate with our marketing team - Ensure ad messaging aligns with our brand voice and broader campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results
- Create reports on lead generation metrics and make recommendations for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Facebook Ads is required

**Salary**:$2,100 - $3,300 | $12/hr - $19/hr
