**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead Paid Social Campaigns - Plan, execute, and optimize Instagram and LinkedIn ad campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions
- Craft Engaging Content - Write compelling ad copy and design impactful visuals and videos using tools like Canva, Adobe, or CapCut
- Optimize Performance - Monitor key metrics and adjust campaigns based on data to enhance ROI
- Stay Ahead of the Game - Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Teams - Ensure brand messaging is aligned and work closely with other marketing team members
- Generate Clear Reports - Track lead generation outcomes and suggest actionable improvements for future campaigns

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Hands-on experience with Instagram Ads and LinkedIn for campaign optimization
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe, and CapCut
- Understanding of content types for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Excellent writing skills and a strong command of the English language
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- A creative mindset paired with an analytical approach to achieving results
