**What You’ll Do**:

- Own Paid Social Campaigns: Strategize, launch, and optimize Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns that convert
- Create High-Impact Content: Write engaging ad copy and create simple visuals/videos using tools like Canva, Adobe, or CapCut
- Monitor & Improve Performance: Analyze metrics, ]and make data-driven decisions to boost ROI
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities
- Collaborate Across Teams: Align messaging with brand voice and work closely with marketing teammates
- Deliver Clear Reports: Track lead gen results and recommend next steps for better performance

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Hands-on experience with Instagram Ads and LinkedIn for campaign optimization
- Working knowledge of graphic/video tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CapCut)
- Familiarity with content formats for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Strong writing skills and excellent command of English
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- A creative mindset paired with a strong sense of numbers and results
- Bonus points if you include a portfolio or sample ads/campaigns you've worked on—we’d love to see your work_
