Are you a creative strategist with a flair for digital marketing and a proven track record in **Facebook Ads**?

We’re on the lookout for a **Growth & Lead Strategist** to spearhead our performance marketing efforts. If you thrive at the intersection of creativity and analytics — and love turning campaigns into measurable results — this role could be your next big move.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Facebook Ads Management**

Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns to attract high-quality leads.
- **Ad Copywriting**

Craft compelling, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to target audiences.
- **Market & Competitor Research**

Identify digital trends, emerging channels, and new growth opportunities.
- **Campaign Optimisation & A/B Testing**

Test creatives, messaging, and formats to boost performance and ROI.
- **Team Collaboration**

Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**

Analyse KPIs, draw insights, and recommend data-driven strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Basic design/video editing skills (e.g. **Canva, Adobe, CapCut**)
- Able to create simple ad visuals or short-form videos for outreach
- Familiar with managing content on **Instagram, TikTok, Facebook**:

- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Undergraduate or degree holder in **Marketing, Business, Finance**, or related field
- **Proven experience** managing and optimising Facebook Ads campaigns

**Bonus if you have**:
A portfolio, case studies, or examples of campaigns, content, or ad designs — we’d love to see what you’ve created
