Marketing Strategist

**Role**

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead our Marketing department. You’ll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy.

Our Marketing Strategist position involves a variety of tasks. For clients, the role involves performing market research and designing lead and demand generation campaigns, brand awareness campaigns, digital marketing campaigns and integrated marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Forecast market trends.
- Research market to identify new opportunities.
- Set specific marketing goals for the Agency.
- Conduct budget planning for the Agency’s marketing needs.
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with the Agency’s business targets.
- Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic for the Agency.
- Establish a strong, long-term web presence.
- Work with our Growth Team to generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products.
- Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency.
- Ensure brand consistency through all the Agency’s marketing channels.
- Lead the planning and implementation of PR initiatives for the promotion of the Agency.
- Strategize and implement online and offline marketing activities for the Agency and our clients.
- Propose sound promotional strategies for the Agency and our clients.
- Analyse sales and marketing metrics for the Agency and our clients.
- Address our client’s marketing and advertising needs.
- Develop, plan and execute results-driven, multi-platform communications strategies in line with the corporate and brand direction for our clients.
- Work with the Agency’s designers to develop then manage marketing materials and collateral in line with marketing solutions proposed to our clients.
- Track the effectiveness of various campaigns and offer course correcting as required.
- Manage communications advertising spend, working with clients and internal departments, to create communications and marketing activities that support the marketing goals of the Agency and our clients.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Strategist or Marketing Manager.
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (eg. online tools and social media).
- Possess sound knowledge of key distribution channels and strategies.
- Proficient in developing, executing and measuring demand and lead generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the customer journey.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of web design.
- Good understanding of CRM software and Content Management Systems.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team management skills.
- High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
- Possession of a strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous.
