Job Responsibilities

This role reports to the VP for MarTech, Marketing Analytics and Marketing Operations and is responsible to support the role’s manager in ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of Group Retail Marketing (GRM).

This role will be responsible for the effective operations of the department as well as providing diary management support for the head of GRM.

These effective operations include management and oversight of the Accounts Payable profile of the team, compliance and mandatory reporting, supporting BCM requirements, onboarding and offboarding of team members, management of the teams’ technology and office supply needs and co-ordination of team events.

Detailed responsibilities:
Prepare reports (i.e Finance, Risk Management, BCP)Perform, assist and oversee invoice processing to zero over/under spendManagement of department expensesBudget Tracking (Non-department spends)Manage meeting diary for Department HeadOn-board new and Off-boarding for new & exiting staffHandle Office Admin/ Office facility requirements ie Computers InventoryHouse

- Handle Office Stationery suppliesHandle Computer InventoryArrange Business Travels and process post-trip claimsOrganise department gathering events Department Representative to attend Roadshows/ Briefings relevant to the DepartmentFire Warden, SMO Coordinator, Provide adhoc support to the Marketing teamJob Requirements

8+ years in an admin or office manager role, preferably in a marketing function.Highly organized and detailed.Strong co-ordination skillsDemonstrated skills in management of invoices and accounts.Eagerness to learn and to take on additional responsibilities.
