Singapore ATT System Full time

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify the operational needs for HR systems
- Work with HR Team in synthesize organizational requirements to decide whether HR systems should be built or bought based on the approved budget
- Prepare a business case for new system implementation or system enhancements to senior management to obtain budget
- Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) process for HR systems
- Evaluate available HR systems and vendors to recommend a suitable option
- Propose system functionalities and customizations be incorporated into HR systems
- Provide suggestions regarding HR modules for HR systems, user experience, user interface, dashboard, and report format
- Manage the user testing for functionality
- Prepare implementation plan for HR systems
- Execute implementation and roll-out of HR systems
- Prepare and design feedback mechanisms to gather inputs on the effectiveness of HR processes from lines of business
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR systems and processes against requirements, objectives, and user needs
- Ensure compliance of HR systems with data and regulatory requirements
- Manage changes made to HR processes and systems with stakeholders
- Train all relevant stakeholders on changes in technology, systems, and processes

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma in IT, Business Informatics, Information Systems, HR, or any related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field
- Knowledge of various HR Systems and HRIS implementation
- Ability to analyze business process requirements, understand HR domain knowledge, and translate into HRIS system requirements
- Must have hands-on experience in data cleansing, integration, and migration activities
- Good interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written communication skills are needed for interaction with internal and external stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
- Advanced data analysis skill
- Able to commit to the contract period
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Team player yet independent
- Possess a positive learning attitude, mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
