[What the role is]

This is a 1-year contract position as a Sales Account Manager in the CET Academy.

**[What you will be working on]**

We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with corporate clients and overseeing sales. You should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their training needs and objectives.
- Establish and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels to develop customise training solutions based on clients’ requirements and industry trends.
- Manage client accounts, including contract negotiation, pricing and invoicing.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of training programmes and provide regular updates to clients.
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities to maximise revenue and training hours.
- Provide excellent client servicing and support to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction with training programmes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative training solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programmes and achieve client success.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Set and monitor sales account targets on a weekly basis.
- Identify opportunities for business growth.
- Attend industry events to network to seek business opportunities.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Proven work experience in account management or sales, preferably in the training industry (B2B).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills to handle client Agreements.
- Ability to understand and analyse clients’ needs to recommend customised training solutions.
- Proficiency in project management to oversee the delivery of training programmes.
- Knowledge of training industry trends and best practices to offer relevant solutions to clients.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts and project management simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for account management and client communication.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
