**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations. We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure. Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Key member in the AWF development team and responsible for the overall system analysis activities
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure concise, consistent and quality delivery of requirements
- Assist to front and work with different teams in Business and Technology to ensure business requirements/functionalities are clear for delivery throughout the end-to-end project implementation phases
- Responsible for preparation of quality functional specifications
- Partner with SME to collate, understand, prepare and finalise functional and technical requirements and required development for complete solution delivery
- Identify system requirements by examining and evaluating current systems
- Organise and conduct workshop, liaising with business users to track products requirements and features
- Collaborate with IT teams and developers to produce new workflows / case management digitisation
- Ensure high quality deliverables within schedule
- Address and work with teams to resolve functional as well technical issues relating to the project
