To provide greater creative content to our end users, we are on the hunt for an **Operations Lead **rockstar to be based in our Singapore office. You will build and lead the content operations team for newly launched media products in APAC markets. This person will work with a team of like-minded individuals, to ensure that we continue to think and act customer-first to our users.

**What you’ll do**:

- Work on editorial and production of engaging content for newly launched media solution
- Lead and build the Content operations team.
- Work together with key partners to analyze user engagement and optimize content
- Collaborate with Creative Art Studio team on content operations and visualization optimization
- Source and manage the external production vendors when we scale
- Cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Product, Engineering, Business, Merchandise and Operations teams

**What you’ll need**:

- Minimum 5 years with content operations experience, preferably in, Consumer Tech or Consumer Lifestyle or Advertising or Online Media industry
- Minimum 1-2 years’ leadership experience with good people management skills
- Good photography editing skills with proficiency in Adobe or other design software
- Good experience in working with influencers, producers, creative agencies or in-house creative team is added value
- Good verbal and written communication (in English and other languages in SEA markets)
- Detailed oriented and well organized individual who’s willing to take full ownership
- Attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a high growth and start-up environment
- Passion for technology, entrepreneurship and creating positive impact
