We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Secretarial Manager to lead our corporate secretarial team, ensuring compliance with ACRA requirements and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, supervise, and mentor the corporate secretarial team.
- Oversee and review the preparation and filing of statutory documents with ACRA.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, relevant regulations, and internal policies.
- Review and approve resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents.
- Manage client relationships and handle complex corporate secretarial matters.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings for all client portfolios.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- ICSA qualification or Diploma/Degree in Law, Business, or related field.
- **5+ years’ corporate secretarial experience**, with at least **2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.**
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in professional services or corporate services firm is an advantage.
