**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations. We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure. Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct code review and guide vendor in developing quality software for FSCM program
- Review UI/UX design, and ensure the code is web responsive and works with various devices
- Reviews Java Script, Java Code, Oracle SQL leveraging variety of tools (e.g.: Sonar, Veracode, AWR) to cover multiple quality aspects (e.g.: user experience, reliability, maintainability, security and performance).
- Monitor and manage risks & issues related to development quality and resolve them on timely fashion
- Work as required to support production migrations, continuity testing, environment migration activities

**Job Requirements**:

- Exposure to web responsive design and expertise in front end technologies (**Java Script, Ext JS, React JS**)
- Hands on expertise in J2EE technologies, **JMS, Java 8, Spring, Struts & EJB**:

- ** Oracle SQL development experience**, able to troubleshoot database issues using **AWR **reports.
- Expertise in technical solution design, architecture & design patterns, modelling (**UML, Visio**)
- Good understanding on OWASP development practices and tools like **Veracode**:

- Experience reviewing **Sonar** dashboard and drive technical debt reduction in code
- **Proven coding proficiency** through proctored online assessment (For example but not limited to; Hackerank Certification)
- Understanding of Trade Finance Domain is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
