Unravel Carbon is an enterprise software that helps companies track and reduce their carbon emissions, focusing on Asia, based in Singapore.

It is the first AI-powered decarbonization platform in Asia that converts any company’s accounting data into full supply chain carbon data in seconds, generates climate solutions automatically, and auto-populates regulatory disclosure reports.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role will own the product development of the Unravel Carbon platform. This person will have a high-level of autonomy, responsibility and agency to shape the future of how our platform will serve corporations in measuring, tracking and reducing their emissions, along with the ecosystem that surrounds it. We are looking for a high-energy high-impact leader who can materially shift the needle on reducing the effort and increasing the capabilities our customers have through our platform. The role will involve direct engagement with our founders on strategic and tactical decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, data scientists and analysts, design, sales, and other stakeholders to define a strategy, and deliver delightful and impactful experiences for clients
- Own our product roadmap and backlog, prioritising the most impactful initiatives while weighing other factors such as resourcing, feedback, customer requirements
- Help us build our carbon engine which enables the granular insights we provide
- Work closely with design, engineering and sales teams to deliver an enterprise analytics product that allows our clients to study relevant and personalised carbon emission insights
- Be a champion of our customers and stay on top of market insights trends
- Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work
- Uphold and help instil a culture of excellence and operating rigour for the broader team
- Depending on your experience, this role may involve management of a team of product managers / designers

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5+ years of product management in software / technology - preference for domain experience on technical projects and/or working closely with data scientists
- Highly effective written & spoken communication skills at the team and executive level
- Track record building & shipping products in a cross-team environment in a high-growth environment
- Proven ability to prioritise competing commitments and requests, manage stakeholders (including “managing up”), and have the flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities
- Proven ability to execute rapidly and bring at-risk projects back on track
