**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Product Designer you will help realise the company's vision and mission by crafting highly usable and engaging experiences for our customers. You will work closely with multidisciplinary team - developers, product managers, designers, data scientists, sales and BD and our founders.
- Own product experiences end-to-end, contributing to product strategy and vision
- Help craft and own the design process from exploration, ideation, validation, user flows to high fidelity UI
- Generate information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Participate and lead usability testing (and other research methods)
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, data and sales to influence product development, culture, processes and practices
- Work cross-functionally to build and ship your designs

**ABOUT YOU**
- You are a junior to mid level designer with 1+ years of experience and a strong portfolio across software products (bonus for B2B or sustainability domain products)
- You excel in complex problem spaces, and bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of the design process
- You have experience working with Product and Engineering in various aspects of product creation and development
- You have strong working knowledge of UX and UI best practices in product design
- You treat design as a craft, have a passion for visual design and details
- You are an excellent communicator and storyteller who can distil complex topics in a clear and concise way across the different levels of the organisation
- Strong working knowledge of Figma (as core product design tool), Miro, any other prototyping tool is a bonus. Adobe Suite is a plus
- Bonus: Experience in designing design systems or working with one
- Bonus skills: UX writing, UI animation, Illustration, knowledge of Webflow and Web Design

**YOUR PREFERRED BACKGROUND**

Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Sciences, Communication Design, or related discipline is a plus, and between 1+ years of experience designing and launching digital products (apps, websites, iOS, Android, SaaS and/or software) across platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop) in an in-house product teams or an Agency
