Product Manager

This position will be responsible for team, process and product management as explained below:
**Product Leadership**

As a product manager, effective product leadership involves understanding the product, setting clear goals, fostering communication, managing priorities, removing roadblocks, and empowering the team to drive continuous improvement.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Build products that make an impact and contribute to the business growth.
- Lead all aspects of product management and development cycle including design, planning, specification, go-live, and rollout.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of developers, network delivery, risk & compliance to execute a roadmap.
- Set and execute on the design vision for your products.
- Lead user interviews and usability studies to identify customer pain points.
- Ideate on solutions together with product, engineers and other stakeholders.
- Design wireframes and mockups of product interfaces.
- Craft delightful user experiences for our customers and their clients.
- Produce prototypes to showcase and test the functionality with stakeholders and users.
- Work with stakeholders across the organisation to bring new features and ensure awareness of product status and roadmap risks.
- Maintain & manage the Core Product Roadmap and ensure features/enhancements are shipped as per the plan agreed with the various stakeholders.
- Ensure all features are tested and documented for release to clients.
- Prepare Product Guides & Marketing Collateral.
- Conduct Product demos with Internal teams and clients when new features are launched.
- Manage the Product newsletter process to ensure existing and new clients are aware of new features and how to use them.

**Qualifications**
- Solid years of API product management experience with a strong track record working in the world of Payments, FX and Corporate Treasury Management/Liquidity Management
- Working experience in a startup environment is required.
- Deep understanding of Payment Intermediaries involving Real-time Payments, Cash Management & FX Products such as Spot, Swaps, Forwards etc
- Solid understanding of BI tools such as Looker, Metabase etc.
- Ability to use tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Loki and knowledge of SQL is required
- Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organised and self-directed team player.
- Strong ability to operate effectively in a technological, demanding and fast paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships, duties and priorities whilst keeping focus.
