As a GTM Lead, you a strategic thinker with a passion for crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns that promote environmental conservation and sustainability. As an entrepreneurial talent or seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive the growth and success of our initiatives while fostering a strong brand identity.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our product and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our organization's mission to empower environmental conservation and sustainable practices.
- Collaborate with internal product team and external partners to create and implement performance marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and acquisition of the product.
- Monitor and analyze the performance and success of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive audience engagement, revenue growth, and environmental awareness.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and assets that effectively communicate the value and impact of our initiatives, ensuring consistency in brand voice and tone across all marketing channels.
- Deploy learning strategies to gain more information about the market such as market segmentation, market development, and competitive analysis
- Define and set up measurement plan for launch initiative and activities

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset or extensive professional experience in a leadership role within marketing, go-to-market strategy, or content promotion.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically, with a track record of driving innovation and impact in marketing or content promotion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Passionate about environmental conservation, sustainability, and creating meaningful content experiences that inspire and educate audiences.

**Experience**:

- At least 10 years in related experience.
- Experience in launching or leading a startup or innovative venture within the marketing, go-to-market strategy, or content promotion sector, particularly involving children's initiatives.
- Established network of contacts within the marketing, environmental conservation, or sustainability community.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing strategies within the go-to-market or content promotion industry.
