
Measurement Go-to-market Lead, Attribution

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in measurement, digital advertising or marketing technology industries
- Experience working with cross-functional projects and leading projects from conception to implementation
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using Google advertising, attribution, and incrementality products
- Ability to clearly articulate business needs or problems and identify solutions with little guidance
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders of varying levels
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
**About the job**: The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be the attribution, incrementality, and ROI measurement expert across APAC. Partner closely with regional and cross-functional teams to drive product expertise and commercialization strategy
- Work collaboratively with specialist and Sales teams to drive adoption and usage of solutions
- Influence Product teams, representing APAC’s product needs
- Partner closely with Global Product Leads to identify and solve challenges across a range of areas including rapidly changing market, competitive dynamics, internal policy, organisation design, global sales alignment, and alignment between product and sales
- Be a advocate and challenger for APAC sales leadership in determining the business priorities for attribution, incrementality, and ROI measurement, and providing clear insights and recommendations into activation opportunities
