Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**
- Dealing, handling feedback and resolving of conflicts with project site neighborhood.
- Follow up on the feedback and complaints until case close.
- Prepare, execute and monitoring on the Project Engagement Plan.
- Conduct regular visit to residents/tenants effected by the Works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule change and impact.
- Received calls from public and handle their feedback.
- Prepare and send the event close report to client for the action taken.
**Requirements**:

- Experience in relevant work for at least 3 years. Preferably on HDB and LTA projects
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good Presentation skills.
