**Our Client**
Our client is a public listed company in engineering business, whose principal activities are mainly the manufacturing and sale of building materials, and the provision of environmental services. They are looking for a business-astute Executive Assistant to a strategic partner to the newly appointed Executive Vice President (EVP) who understands the nuances of the business and uses that knowledge to contribute meaningfully to the executive’s effectiveness and the organization's overall success.
**Your Role**
You shall combine administrative proficiency with business insight, becoming an invaluable partner in driving efficiency, productivity, and success for the EVP and the organization.
**_Business Support _**
- To have a strong grasp of the company's industry, competitive positioning, and business objectives so to stay informed on key market trends, enabling to prepare the EVP with relevant insights and information before meetings or discussions.
- Assist in gathering and collating business information, reports, and market insights. Analysing the impact of financials, business performance metrics, and industry data on decision-making, ensuring that the EVP is well-prepared for critical discussions.
- Prepare presentation slides, reports, and other documents as needed for executive-level meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the EVP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
**_Executive Support _**
- Manage the EVP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and other engagements.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Ensure all travel documents are prepared and updated as needed.
**_Meeting Coordination and Confidentiality _**
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure that all required materials for meetings are well-prepared and delivered in a timely manner.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
- **Your Profile**
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- **Experience**:2-3 years of experience in a business consulting or corporate environment, preferably supporting senior management or C-suite executives.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with collaboration tools such as Zoom or Teams is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and analytical. Able to work independently and be resourceful.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
