Assistant to Executive Vice President

Singapore GTS GLOBAL TRADING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Executive Vice President with daily work tasks and personal matters.
- Support preparation of documents, reports, and others.
- Follow up on ongoing projects and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Handle personal errands and other ad-hoc requests to support the EVP’s work-life balance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher qualification; relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and flexibly.
- Comfortable managing both professional and personal support tasks.
- Multilingual skills are a plus (e.g. English, Chinese) so that can liaise with different counter parties.
