**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Developing, reviewing and improving Administration and HR systems, policies and procedures
- Working with the global HR and Finance teams to monitor spending, process payroll and other expenses
- Ensuring Asia Pacific offices are stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Supporting Managing Director - Asia Pacific with scheduling and other executive secretarial duties
- Hiring and onboarding new staff for the Asia Pacific region
- Overseeing continued development of staff skillsets and competencies
- Planning, scheduling and supporting organisation of Asia Pacific office events
- Managing information and documentation processes and storage
- Leading special projects and ad hoc assignments

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**
- At least Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of experience in Administration, HR or a related field
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work with cross-functional departments/teams across geographical regions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Good writing and communication skills
- Microsoft Excel familiarity is an advantage
- Creativity, work professionalism, meticulosity, proactiveness, team collaboration, positivity and good time management are advantageous traits
- Singapore citizenship or residency
