We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual with the following qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in cuisine.
- Extensive knowledge and exposure to both North Indian and South Indian menu varieties.
- Ability to facilitate management's vision of upgrading the current business model from a Category A restaurant to a Category B restaurant.
- Collaborate with chefs and cooks to actualize the management's vision and make it a reality.
- Capable of sampling food and proposing ideas to the chef to bring about changes and add uniqueness to the dishes.
- Create innovative proposals to expand the business into new areas by building a brand with a creative and amazing food menu.
- Work collaboratively with the existing team members (Chef, Cook, and Assistant Cook) to obtain their input and develop a self-motivated team.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and formula-oriented cooking methods to provide customers with a unique and consistent taste every time.
- Monitor customer service closely to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Keep an eye on daily operational needs, especially during busy festive seasons.
