We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to enhance efficiency, productivity, and team performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Support**: Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and adherence to operational standards.
- **Financial Oversight**: Support in balancing cash registers, managing inventory, minimizing waste, and achieving financial objectives.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Ensure outstanding guest service by addressing complaints, reviewing feedback, and implementing service improvements.
- **Team Leadership**: Create a positive team environment, coach staff, manage performance, and enforce hygiene and sanitation standards.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with kitchen and bar teams on menu planning and work with suppliers to optimize resources and costs.
- **Maintenance and Compliance**: Ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in restaurant operations or a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Financial acumen with an understanding of cost control and revenue management.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
