**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the rewards redemption programme and constantly onboard new partners to enhance the offering
- Plan and execute rewards redemption tactical programs to increase customer engagement and manage cost per point
- Develop and execute a comprehensive rewards and loyalty strategy, including program design, implementation, and ongoing management.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for program enhancements.
- Drive mobile app engagement and adoption by developing new features or campaigns.
- Identify areas of improvement and streamline the process to reduce errors and inefficiencies.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, analytics, and technology to ensure successful program execution.
- Analyze program performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the loyalty and rewards space.

**Requirements**:
.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

.Minimum of 3 years of experience in loyalty programme management

.Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
