**YOUR ROLE**

As a Business Development (B2B Sales & Partnerships Lead), you will be instrumental in helping scale our sales and partnerships capabilities. In addition to meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service, you’ll be expected to make prospects feel welcome, scope their needs, and make recommendations on appropriate solutions. A knack for selling, a positive attitude and a desire to promptly address the potential clients’ requests will make you successful in this role.
- Acquire and manage relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Find potential leads both in Singapore and beyond through networking, cold calling, industry research, etc
- Responsible for the entire sales process and have accountability from the prospecting to the closing stage.
- Prepare for meetings and tailor communications to address the business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate any issues clients might be experiencing
- Uphold excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure clients love us, stay with us and refer their friends to us.
- Demonstrate good product knowledge
- Explore and experiment with alternative sales channels such as group buys and social commerce.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Able to start immediately
- Aptitude for closing sales, with 4 - 7 years of sales experience in the B2B space
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to get your hands dirty
- Charismatic, superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, have good integrity, and good time management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
