Job Outline
- Adhere to monthly sales target and hit sales target consistently
- Responsible for the well-being of the Retail Store assigned to him/her
- Attending to customer needs throughout the sales process and manage customer expectations
- Responsible for daily reconciliation of all payments
- Be professional at all times and represent the Company well.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring the stock inventory to push for sales
- Responsible for all displays in the showroom (arrangement, replenishment, accounted for)
- Make sure all the price tags of displays are accurate and placed in proper position
- Perform settlement on all terminals end of day for all payments
- Preparation of showroom before opening
- Make sure marketing slideshow on TV is switched on every day and playing
- Play standard music for the showroom
- Setup scent humidifier to have it run all day
- Make sure all the display items is in proper position and not shifted
- General tidy/cleaning in the morning
- Make it sure the toilet is clean, good smell, refill immediately the tissue roll if the holder is empty
- Make it sure all spot lights are open and all is good condition
- Make sure the front desk is clean and tidy - Customer 1st impression
- Throw the rubbish in the end of the day, specifically food rubbish to avoid attracting bugs & insect
- *Important* Phone - Check that Phone is working, Answer all missed calls.
- Always be ready to suggest new initiatives, not just the routine tasks stated.
- Turn down of showroom after closing
- Arrange all furniture back into place if shifted by customers or oneself
- Settlement of all terminals
- Switch off all aircon and lights
- No invoices lying around
Job Requirements
- At least 2 year relevant working experience in furniture sales or a Good track record in Sales figures
- Presentable and dress well
- Fluent in written and spoken English, spoken Mandarin a bonus
- Effective independent player with excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer service oriented
- 6-days work week, must work both weekends
