An opportunity for an executive to join a team of skilled healthcare professionals at an imaging centre providing diagnostic imaging including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, BMD and General X-ray. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and patient care. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be providing administrative support for the clinic operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with daily clinic opening and closing
- Reception desk tasks (calls, bookings, liaising with external clinics, invoicing, payment collections)
- Assist patients during their visit
- Assist management with documents filing and record keeping
- Handle all assigned tasks for the smooth running of the centre

**Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal skills
- Good Computer keyboard skills
- 2 years administrative experience
- Keen eye for details, proactive and a team player
- Minimum O levels certificate

**Salary**

$1800 - $2200 depending on experience
