Patient Services Executive

**Job Requirements**:
- To receive and register patients.
- To settle patients after their treatments.
- To collect payment, dispense products / medication / booking of next appointment.
- To handle end-day closing / settlement.
- Taking of minutes during department meetings.
- To liaise with service providers to secure quality services for the clinic.
- To assist with inventory management and other organizational tasks.
- To assist other support team members when needed.
- To perform assigned housekeeping duties within the Clinic and the Medspa.
- Good grasp of written and spoken English.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the managers.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum GCE O Level or Diploma / Graduate Diploma Holder with at least 2 years working experience
- Prior experience at frontline or service environment will be advantageous
- Customer-centric with strong interpersonal and (both verbal and written) communication skills
- Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Hardworking and able to work both independently as well as a team player
