**About the role**
The incumbent plays a leadership role within the Singapore HR team, supports and interacts with key business units
across the organisation, provides recruitment solutions in the fulfilment of largely focusing on the rank and file / blue
collar positions. This is a People Manager role, supervising TA members within the HR team.
**What you will be doing**
- Lead the TA function, specifically for rank and file/ blue collar positions; to drive the full spectrum of recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, reference check, salary proposal and offer management.
- Review recruitment workflow and identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operations business leaders to identify and develop innovative blue-collar attraction and sourcing strategies to ensure flexibility and the availability of our Operational resource needs.
- capabilities of the TA team by providing on-going coaching, support and development.
- Close partnership with Talent Development Team on campus recruitment initiatives and conduct trainings for middle managers with the mission of enhancing their interviewing skills.
- Develop and maintain in-house knowledge base of the labour market & competitor intelligence to facilitate compensation strategies.
**Team Management**
- Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
- Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviours
- Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 7 years of in-house recruitment experience inclusive of some prior experience as a recruiter in a recruitment company
- Experience in volume hiring is critical for this role
- Highly resourceful and good initiative with ability to work independently and in teams
- Experienced in behavioural and technical interviewing skills/techniques
- Good sociability & communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Good understanding of the labour market and local regulatory requirements such as Employment Act
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
