HR Operations Associate

Singapore ZENITH FACILITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:
1) Assist the team with HROP-related activities: Managing onboarding process/orientation, background verification, documentation, transfers, offboarding, leave management, etc.

3) Process Improvement: Streamline the HR department processes by creating feasible frameworks and operating checklist for the HR department operation, and enhance efficiency within the organization. Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices.

4) Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to support their respective teams' operational needs and objectives.

5) Provide ground support: Understand the company HR policies, and can clearly provide support and answers to employees' queries. Monthly performance review with employee on-site.

6) HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update databases, and assist with HR-related inquiries to keep operations running smoothly. Check out on Career-related programs / fundings / grants and identify various grants applicable to the company (Training to be provided)

7) Adhoc: Support media team on social media tasking and some admin duties.

Requirement:

- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related
- Proactive and able to multitask with prioritizing tasks effectively
- Strong adapter to handle and assess challenges, to effectively resolve challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, determined to create and implement positive influence to the workforce.
- Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software.
- Willing to learn and travel

5.5 days week 8am-5pm/8am-1pm
