Senior/Executive, Payroll

**Job Purpose**

This role is part of Human Resources Shared Services, Payroll.

**Responsibilities**
- Process monthly and bi-monthly payroll
- Prepare and check on discrepancies on time sheets, payments, etc to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures and related policy
- Reconcile discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and state policies
- Account reconciliation
- CPF submission for all companies via CPF website and Crimson Logic
- Prepare and submit IR8A, IR8E, IR21 (via IRAS and Crimson Logic)
- Prepare and submit Profamily leave claims and NS make-up pay
- Liaise with internal and external parties on payroll matters and answering their enquiries
- All other matters pertaining to payroll functions

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Possess a Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

**Skills**

**Technical skills include**:

- Prior experience using SAP will be an added advantage

**Generic skills include**:

- Resourceful, customer focused and meticulous
- Demonstrate a matured demeanour
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
