An experienced Regional Accounts Director is being sought, to cover APAC-wide Program Management delivery from Singapore or Hong Kong. He/she should be an able practitioner, who will have experience in project or program management of capital works in Asia Pacific
Reporting to the CS Account lead, he/she will be expected to manage the capital budget and delivery of capital projects through the region and report accordingly.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project / Program Operations
Client’s POC in the region for strategy, implementation and escalation for capital works, blending Client’s Global direction with Local Business needs.
Provides accountability to client for the Project Delivery of Client’s real estate portfolio in APAC, from strategy to handover to internal Facility Management team.
Develops annual Capital plan with Client’s CRE lead.
Active involvement during the due diligence / planning stage, providing information and recommendations to Client on budget, program, and procurement route.
Spearhead Client’s process for business approval in the region, review before formal submission into Client’s systems.
Conducts regular update presentations to Regional Client Stakeholders.
Act as a point of escalation, liaising with JLL Country leads to resolve matters in relation to project stress
Review and support the development of effective process / governance frameworks that are aligned with the Global Client team, proportionate and scalable to the needs of the regional business.
Establish and foster strong relationship with key Client Stakeholders (eg: IT and Security) and local Business Sponsors.
Ensure effective implementation of client’s Global Workplace standards and local office requirements and regulations.
**Leads the team who manage**:
Project Oversight - tracking implementation of Client's Global Workplace standards in project delivery.
Continuous development of process, standards, templates in the region, that aligns with Global direction.
Local project delivery, from engagement of project team to close out (handover to FM).
Growth of Account
Meet assigned financial targets covering account sales and key pursuits.
**Demonstrate Strategic Partnering**:
Understand the long and short-term goals of client and identify opportunities and resources to maximize performance and outcomes in alignment with the client’s goals
Own and participate with representatives from Client and JLL in the development of the annual business plan covering whole company objectives.
Develop in conjunction with Client and JLL strategic financial plans including initiatives for cost savings over the contract period (RFFT) and ensure client sign-off / acceptance on the same
Identify and examine threats and opportunities with the Client and develop understanding of client relationship with our competitors
Monitor and review account profitability with Business Line heads periodically
Keep key Business Heads and the client Team Leader aware of business opportunities with the Client and exercise judgment which will have organizational wide impacts.
Create awareness of JLL’s full range of services to the client as value creation opportunities
Understand and develop client’s pipeline, complete plans that develop relationships and have defined financial success measures agreed with the Accounts Operations Director.
Provide superior client service

Own risk identification, management and reporting at an account regional level
**With the Client**: define, agree, and report on key performance indicators. Understand, document and disseminate client specific processes to teams.
