**HR Generalist**
- Conduct in-depth research on business needs before recruitment
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies and processes from an HR perspective
- Assist in communicating various HR projects, plans, activities, and policies
- Training and development
- Handle Employee relations and Q&A
- Participate in conversations with employees regarding performance issues as an HR representative
- Liaise with unions
- Help to design benefits programs
- Work with team to enhance employee satisfaction and improve organizational performance and corporate culture
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with experience in employee relations management, and training and development.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and implement HR policies and procedures accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other relevant software, with the ability to efficiently handle employee data
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
