**About Our Client**:
Our client is a global leader in green energy. They are not only a service provider but also a platform and solution provider. They have strong presence in currently 9 countries and Singapore is the Regional Headquarter. As they continue to expand locally, they are hiring a HR Generalist or Senior HR Generalist (if you are more experienced) to support the Head of HR.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing HR projects and supporting HR transformation
- Implementing and suggesting best practises locally and regionally
- Participating in budgeting and reporting using Excel or other software
- Assisting in proof-reading and double-checking the numbers
- Participating in salary increment preparation
- Assisting in rolling out new policies and executions
- Employee engagement survey and result analysis

**The Successful Applicant**:

- at least 3 years of HR generalist experience in order to understand the work requirement
- good understanding of local labour law and best practises
- strong in initiatives and teamwork
