Reporting to the Principal on administration matters, this is a dedicated internal and external client service role. This job involves paperwork documentation and filing, engagement with parents, interactions with the children and working co-operatively with all team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to customers & answer queries via the phone
- Administration of enrolment and updating of student profile
- Verify student attendance
- Input data on ECDA website (e.g. particulars of new teachers, reporting of cases of infectious diseases subsidy, subsidy matters etc)
- Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and children’s attendance form, menu, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms, etc
- Conduct daily health checks on the children upon arrival
- Assist parents in the purchase of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books, etc
- Issue invoices and receipts
- Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise, stationery & office equipment
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business / Customer Service Management advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
