ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- General administrative work in office
- Provide full secretarial support to Managing Director
- Manage Director's schedule and ensure that all appointments/ meetings are timely and properly communicated.
- Coordination of travel arrangements for the Directors
- Documentation of expenses and claims for the Directors.
- Greet & assist visitors to office, answering of phone calls.
- Collecting/Posting mail. Organising Courier
- Order/Purchase Office supplies
- Provide support in Company related events and ad-hoc projects/ tasks as and when required.
- Responsible for preparing the necessary documentations required (eg. Commercial Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading etc.)
- Responsible for preparing the necessary documentations required for payment collection per each customers' requirements/specifications.
- Responsible for the preparation/liaison of the various shipping instructions to the respective carriers/forwarders from the other regions when required.
- Prepare daily and monthly statements.
- All Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar role.
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Good Knowledge of Bookkeeping procedures
- Strong attention to details
- Willingness to learn.
- Knowledge and experienced in handling/reading Letter of Credit and Shipping Documentations
