The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin & Document Controller to join our team on an 8-month fixed-term basis in Loyang Crescent, Singapore.

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing Project admin tasks and to maintain a comprehensive and well organised system for handling documentation

Duties/Responsibilities

Document Control:

  • Receive, log, track, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documentation (technical and non-technical)

  • Ensure documents are correctly numbered, classified, and filed according to company procedures

  • Maintain document registers and transmittals for all projects

  • Control revisions and maintain up-to-date versions of documents

  • Ensure compliance with company and client document control procedures

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to collect and distribute required documentation

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general Project duties including filing, data entry, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting organization

  • Assist to Prepare correspondence, reports, and other project documents as required by Project Manager

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred

  • 5 years of experience in document control or administrative roles in oil & gas, construction, or engineering industries

  • Strong knowledge of document control systems

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
