Singapore JAPAN GREEN HOSPITAL (PTE) LTD Full time

You will be responsible to attend to patients and liaise with doctors and various departments to provide coordination and assistance. You will play a vital role in the department to provide excellent front line customer service to patients.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Various coordination works for patients and doctors including the following tasks:

- Attend to patients to collect information on patients' sickness/injury, allergy, medical history and requirements to pass the information to doctors and relevant departments.
- Provide guidance to patients for consultation, undergo medical tests and treatments.
- Handle patients' general medical enquiries.
- Assist patients for referral, making appointments, translation, and interpretation.
- Assist doctors in administration work such as medical reports.
- Register patients in the system for sending tests result.
- Perform basic screening of patients including body measurement, sphygmomanometry and temperature screening.
- Create educational leaflets for patients.

2. Administration duties on department level.

3. Enhance clinic services, quality assurance, computer system, etc.

Requirement:

- Possess bachelor degree/diploma in Nursing or relevant healthcare major.
- Experience in hospital/medical centre operation.
- Experience in front-line customer service.
- Willing to learn or with proficiency in Japanese language to communicate (oral and written) with Japanese patients who do not have a command of English.
- Meticulous, responsible and mature team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Able to work on rotating shift and Saturdays.
