***Responsibilities**:
- Develop new business by identifying potential sales opportunities and by following up new leads and sample requests.
- Negotiate the best achievable commercial agreements and to develop and implement short term plans for product sales. To achieve sales plan/targets in line with business, marketing, and pricing policies.
- Report promptly on business in the designated market, identifying any threats or opportunities as they arise. To identify and implement improvement plans within own area.
- Required to gather data on market prices and competitor behavior and provide feedback to the relevant Sales & marketing teams.
- Maintain and grow business by developing appropriate contacts within the organization (technical, marketing).
- Visit customers in order to explain, promote, recommend products and provide technical support within designated markets and regions.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Chemistry or related field
- Minimum 3 years technical or sales experience
- Experience in Crop Care/ Crop Protection / Agriculture
- Experience in formulation, surfactant and adjuvant is added advantage
- Customer facing experience is required
- Comfortable with business travel ~30% a year
