**What's on Your To-Do List?**

**1. Remote working hours**
- 2 to 3 days per week, Mon to Fri

**2. Daily HR Operations and Payroll**:

- Manage daily HR operations and payroll matters for clients.

**3. **Compliance and Solutions**:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and align HR processes with business needs.
- Identify and create actionable solutions across all HR areas.

**4. Employee Engagement and Communication**:

- Participate in HR programs involving employee engagement and effective communication across all organizational levels.

**5. **Special HR Projects**:

- Handle special HR projects and assignments as needed.

**Do You Fit the Bill?**
- Possession of a Diploma in Human Resource Management
- A proven track record, demonstrating 3 years of experience in the fields of HR Management/Generalist
- Well versed in employment legislations
- Possess a process and system-oriented mindset
