**Responsibilities**:
- Attend to customers' requirements, enquiries and feedbacks
- Sales and promotion of wine to walk in customers
- Attend to customers' enquiries and provide optimum assistance
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Ensure the shop environment is well-kept and maintained at all times
- Prepare wine orders for customers
- Conducts periodical retail stock take
- Involve at events and road shows when required
- Inform customers of special monthly promotions, marketing events and wine tasting sessions
- No relevant experience needed as On-Job-Training will be provided
**Job Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the role preferred
- Interest in wine
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned
- Must be able to lift wine crates of at least 25Kg
- Must be familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word
