Our client, a startup company that provides personal skincare care products is seeking a Regional Assistant Brand Manager to join the team in Singapore. This person is responsible for driving and delivering product innovation, renovation, and brand-led growth projects with a strong focus to win in EC.
【 What you will be doing 】
[Innovation, Renovation, Brand-Led Growth]
- Co-developing integrated product, pack, price, and communication mix and trade proposition for mix test/simulated test markets to evaluate market potential for launch.
- Working closely with Brand Manager to lead cross-functional teams to drive agreed projects and ensure they are aligned to market requirements and to Global Category Strategy, Brand DNA.
- Assisting Brand Manager to lead key agenda and white space growth for Total PC category regionally.

- Leads To Bring The Brand DNA To Life At The Regional APAC Level]
- Identifying competitor assumptions and responses, Customer/channel priorities, Price/Value guidelines, and the optimization of shopper and consumer insight at a regional level and ensuring it feeds into the Global Brand Strategy.
- Working with 8 Local Affiliates to translate the Brand DNA into Brand Marketing Plans.
- Providing clear execution guidelines to inspire.
[APAC Communication Strategy]
- Managing the development of regional integrated (360) brand communication and developing communication material across a number of channels. The major focus is Digital and E-commerce.
- OTIF mix delivery in regional master toolkits.

- Minimum 2 years experience in a Brand Marketing Role in FMCG.
- Experience in Regional or Global Marketing Mix Development for brands.
- Keen eye and passion for beauty/skincare/haircare and brand management.
- Interest in developing product concepts, product innovation, and brand communications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Strong bias for action, embrace start-up mindset in an MNC Joint Venture environment, and comfortable experimenting.
- APAC Regional exposure in either South East Asia (Indonesia/Vietnam/Thailand or North Asia TW/KOR) is a stong advantage.
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
