Our client, a startup company that provides personal skincare care products is seeking a Regional Assistant Brand Manager to join the team in Singapore. This person is in charge of driving and delivering product innovation, renovation, and brand-led growth projects with a strong focus on winning in EC.
This person will work closely with 8 other marketing members and report to a Regional Personal Care Brand Manager.
【 What you will be doing 】
Communication Development:
- Develop a digital and e-commerce communication toolkit, as well as a trade proposition for the APAC region.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to develop regionally integrated (360) brand communication assets with a major focus on Digital and eCommerce.
- OTIF mix delivery in regional master toolkits.
- Work closely with Brand Manager to lead cross-functional teams to drive agreed projects ensuring they are aligned to market requirements and to Global Category Strategy, Brand DNA.
- Manage overall brand budget for testing & toolkit development.
Bringing the Brand DNA to life at the Regional APAC Level:
- Identify competitor assumptions and responses, Customer/channel priorities, Price/value guidelines, and the optimization of shopper and consumer insight at a regional level and ensures it feeds into the Global Brand Strategy.
- Works with 8 domestic affiliates to translate the Brand DNA into Brand Marketing Plans.
- Provides clear execution guidelines to inspire.
- Develop a brand strategy (product, pricing, place, promotion) for the APAC region.
White Space Expansion Strategy:
- Assist Brand Manager to lead key agenda and white space growth for Hair Category area expansion in the region.
- ** Requirement**:

- Possess Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Brand Marketing Role within FMCG.
- Preference for beauty/ personal care (especially in hair care) experience
- Experience in Regional or Global Marketing Mix Development for brands in either of the 2 big clusters (Indonesia/Vietnam/Thailand/Taiwan/Korea).
- Keen eye and passion for beauty/skincare/haircare and brand management.
- Interest in developing product concepts, product innovation, and brand communications.
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
